I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She doesn't like to eat meat so I'm always concerned she isn't getting all the vitamins and minerals she needs. Once she started talking this multivitamin now she has so much more energy. It's a great vitamin and clean which is the focal point. It's very effective and the price is very affordable!
